NEW HOME
After a more than a year's absence, I have decided to resume my writing. But I do it in a new home. I switched to WordPress, and is only a matter of "new beginning." But now, I can read at the following address:

Tied Up And Embarrased
Taking advantage I have decided to update the blog I will have the last front in this fight I opened mine and yours and you want to join.
time rounds wore head the idea of having a food intolerance analysis (or food, says that each one way) and I finally decided. It seems, as I found on the internet and as I said my mother when she had them do about 5 years, that "intolerance" to certain foods is related with the following conditions: Obesity
Digestive Disorders abdominal pain, diarrhea, irritable bowel ...
dermatological disorders eczema, psoriasis , acne, hives ... Psychological disorders
lethargy, fatigue, anxiety, hyperactivity in children ... Neurological disorders
headaches, migraines ...
Respiratory asthma, rhinitis ...
Other arthritis, fibromyalgia ...
So, as all I can lose is the 600 EurAc it costs me get tested + as I've decided to let me consultations. To explore all avenues that it is not ...
There are two types of test food intolerance. The Test and the Test Alcat IgG. Apparently even look the same measure different things (sorry I did not extend into the details but I have enough expertise to tell the difference between each other). The former costs around 500 euros and the second has a more varied price range: You can go from 200 to 400 depending on number of foods that are evaluated. A study found that seems to give more credibility to the test in the test Alcat IgG-although the two are strongly disputed by the medical community-so I went for it.
I was of great help this forum where they spoke a little both tests, the difference between each other and the experiences of people. I hope I have made a right choice and not having money thrown down the toilet not spare me. Within 3 weeks I have the results in my power and start to follow the diet they put me. I'll tell you if I notice results in the skin or not.

Reviewing the past year ...
Yes.
The truth is that about a year ago I started to take a little more seriously this issue of mine that dragged on for almost 10 years. On balance I do of course is phenomenal. It is a pity that I did photos before and after to show more graphically the results, but by day Today I must say that I have only small lesions on the elbows, ankles, arms and knuckles. Though read so may not seem so spectacular compared to what it was I can testify that it is.
To summarize these are the steps I have taken over the last 12 months:
-
Quitting smoking - Reduce alcohol
- Homeopathic treatment
- Ensure food (no dairy, red meat, sugary drinks .. .)
The potions I've used have been essentially the same (moisturizing, bonalfa, Daivonex ...) so in that respect there has been no news.
measures have been many that have come to know accuracy which of them has been crucial - if it has been some improvement has been and is not the result of the conjunction of all - but certainly I would say that homeopathy and nutrition have been decisive.
I hope this is the first of a series of boom years laaaaaaaaaaarga in this regard ....

Cuismondos, cuismondos ...
Man, had a lot of time with the idea of updating the blog, but with little appetite. I finally have to. Everything was
fenomental to the last (well, second to last longer) review, where my homeopath decided to change the Aresenicum iodatum by Berberis Vulgaris, which apparently is indicated for injuries begin to heal from the inside out (of those I have a few). Anyway, it seems have gone very well, because I get a lot worse time I have been with this treatment. This past week I returned to Arsenicum iodatum, I deleted the Berberis vulgaris and have changed the Sulphur Calcarea carb to 30 ch.
something here I hope to improve to summer because I have no desire to be on vacation with the skin made a Christ ... (the end I just do not get concerned over worse than to enjoy my vacation.) According

Psoriasis and death (reprise)
this article that I found out there:
According to the FDA, the 4 patients were taking efalizumab for at least 3 years and had not taken any other immunosuppressive drug. The FDA advised doctors and patients receiving efalizumab and those who have left the drug, and periodically reassess whether patients should continue treatment.
A box warning was added to efalizumab in October 2008 to highlight the risk of life-threatening infections, including PML - a rare incurable brain infection, but that leads to irreversible brain dysfunction and death.
The FDA is reviewing these cases of PML, according to a notice sent today to MedWatch, the FDA safety information and reporting program for adverse events. "The agency will take appropriate measures to ensure that the risks of Raptiva not outweigh its benefits, patients prescribed Raptiva are clearly informed of the signs and symptoms of PML, and that health professionals monitor patients carefully for the possible development of PML, "according to the advice of public health.
Efalizumab is an antibody anti-CD11a indicated as immunosuppressive drugs for the treatment of adults with chronic plaque psoriasis of moderate to severe.
for Psoriasis Drug deaths related to progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy
Three deaths from progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML) and a possible fourth case has been reported in patients taking the immunosuppressant drug efalizumab (Raptiva Genentech, Inc.), according to a public health advisory issued today by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration

the months leading up treatment in homeopathy.'m VERY happy with the results. A Day Today the only injuries I have are in the feet and hands, and are not scaly, just seem redness. I look forward so loooong time.
After the monthly review the treatment still is the same as before: Rubrum, Arsenicum iodatum and Omega acids. As a supplement I'm taking some vitamins A and Bnosecuantos. In theory both help to lower cholesterol levels and on the other hand serve to strengthen the skin, so maybe kill two birds with one stone.
New to also say that I've joined a gym!. It may seem like a bullshit, but anyone who knows me knows I'm a bit ANTI particular sport, so believe me when I say it's been a surprising twist in my life. Well not really surprising because I had some time thinking about it for two reasons: to take my belly to crawl for a couple of years and loosen up a bit (as many days in which guards the only thing I do is go from the couch to the laptop and the laptop to the couch I was causing muscle atrophy.) Right now I'm being fairly constant, to see how stand ... The sensation of effort when I do weights and moved and overwhelmed me a bit, I get the impression that I am going to break. Abs I like them, on the other hand ... and the bike, but I was just a bit boring.
With a little luck going to get to summer with decent skin and a chocolate bar for abs. Ohhh yeaaaahhhhhh

identified two genes that determine the psoriasis
According this article in "The Pais:
identified two genes that determine
psoriasis is the LCE3C LCE3B and whose absence implies a 20% risk of developing this skin disease, according to a study by the Center for Genomic Regulation in Barcelona
Researchers at the Center for Genomic Regulation (CRG) in Barcelona have identified two genes whose absence involves more than a 20% risk of psoriasis. This makes the second genetic factor involved in the development of this disease.
To The study, published in the journal Nature Genetics, has been studied more than 2,500 samples of patients from Spain, Holland, Italy and the United States. Scientists have focused on exploring regions of the genome that vary in the number of copies of the genes they contain, as explained a spokesman for the CRG.
The investigation determined that patients with psoriasis are lacking, with a high frequency, the two copies of two genes known as LCE3B and LCE3C, which have a role in the formation of a functional epidermis.
Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory disease of the skin that affects more than one million people in Spain and usually appear between 15 and 40 years, and it is due to a combination of factors and genetic ambienales.
The researchers' work has immediate implications CRG for the diagnosis and opens new avenues to explore preventive and curative treatments for a disease for which therapeutic tools are only palliative. Certain medications, infections, trauma, cold and stress are the main triggers of this skin disease, the study said, is more common among identical twins is a common disease in some families.
However, despite being identified genetic factors involved in predisposition to psoriasis, there are few factors common to multiple populations, probably because of the environment.
The publication of this research, directed by Xavier Estivill, Genes and Program Coordinator CRG disease, is accompanied by other two jobs, one of which says that genes are absent in populations of European origin CRG study may have a protective effect on the population China, in which psoriasis is very rare.
The researchers are now studying other processes that alterations of the barrier to entry of microorganisms and other agents can damage the skin and other tissues, and in which these genes may play a protective role.

Shooting Pain In Pointer Finger
Homeopathy - Month 3
Happy 2009!
That said, happened to discuss the latest developments in my treatment, what she came for taking up to now (see previous post for details) were added:
The rest of the treatment is the same except that only I have to take 1 day Depulan infusion - better, so I'm not much into the bathroom, and 5 pellets Sulphur 200 ch a week when I finish the preparation still I have left.
The truth is I do not know if it's psychological but since I started with Rubrum I noticed the skin softer. Injuries are now Concentrates on hands, feet, buttocks, and a pretty ugly to me very itchy on the back. In elbows, forearms, chest and leg injuries have referred to almost disappear. It is curious that the latter injury sites, which were more squamous and not so red has now become like the back and hands: more red and rough to the touch but not much peeling. The homeopath told me this is normal as the lesions evolve as you apply the remedies. Is now supposed to be the Rubrum you have to try and cure the reddened lesions.
interesting I thought the novelty of Flowers Bach - which in my ignorance I always thought it had something to do with the composer. If after I wake up with a win will collect post what is this technique (of course, know alcoholazo. A jug pure and simple. Who knows if there will be no Bach Flower Class A, B and C as güiski Dyc).
PS: I have more than 1000 visits. Yuju!
Happy 2009!
