As there I am prepared mentally for me, in the end I opted to return to Daivobet. Tar cream is not bad, and keep using but I need to recover a bit before continuing.
Yesterday I took a bath with sea salt (bought in Carrefour) which made a whole pot of bitter lemon. Since I read in this forum http://www.psoriasis.org/forum/showthread.php?t=31395 that a man had noticed improvement in getting into a bathtub full of lemon-scented floor cleaner called Lemon Joy was curious to try it . The bathroom was good but hey, nothing spectacular, as expected.
Someday I will make a collection of the more bizarre remedies I've found out there.
