_____
I are 30 years of the release of this legendary surf film, premiered in Spain in the 80's, but for those who love the sport and more time is spent in is certainly a movie to see and of course look, a classic. Buff I saw her being almost pre-teen, I remember that was the first thing I saw (other than magazines and dudes) relating to surf, although it seems bullshit marked me and I left the images on the retina, was not long until the I buy on dvd, dvd oh who invented!, from that day until today, I came to love the surf over any sport, including those who could perform as a professional.
The story is told from 1962 to 1974, aims to show not only the events that shaped the American society but for a number of guys who have the only safety valve and dreamy practice of "surfing" and the evolution in those old is your friend. Almost all surfers qualify this film as the best surf movie made so far is not clear that there are thousands of movies to choose from, there are rather few and if we in good quality are minimal. While you're find something.
If you like the surf should not be missed and although you do not like give it a try. ___
Curiosities:

- William Katt was well known in the 80 through the series "The Greatest American Hero." In 2004 he received warm applause from the crowd of professional surfers when it appeared to present one of the prizes of the Association of Surfing Professionals (ASP) in its annual awards ceremony of the ASP World Championship.
"A day like no other and one day with waves as big a spectacle of nature so great, that will erase all of the above. And nothing will ever be the same. "
